Write for us
Great! You clicked here, so we already really like you
Soccer On the Brain contains articles written by those of us actively involved in Grassroots Football for those of us actively involved in Grassroots Football. So we are always looking for new writers. We also want to keep the content varied and fresh so there are very few requirements to getting your work published, whether you are a Player, Coach, Manager, Sub (un-lucky) or Ref (even more unlucky)
What to write
You can write about your thoughts from the weekend, your injuries, training, the bad ref you had, the problems faced by your club, or even give us some insight into your views on the professional world of football.
If you have an article, or an idea for an article email it to sotb (at) bluefields (dot) com or use the form below to submit it to us. Once you have been published you will get your own login to the site from where you can add articles.

Guidelines
The Categories
Think about how your article fits into our categories. We are not strict on this but have a look here to find out more about our categories.
Be Original
Your work must be your own and original (and we will check). Link to it from wherever you wish but you cannot re-publish the work anywhere else.
Some Ideas
Why don’t you tell us about the state of the pitch at the weekend, what you think about you local 5-a-side league or the state grassroots soccer in your county. Your opinion on Marouane Fellaini’s afro could also make a good post.
Tone
Here at Bluefields (we are the people behind SOTB) we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Whatever your tone we we will have a look. If you want to rant that fine; a bit of banter, brilliant. You want to get serous about tactics, this is the place.
